WOOD IN ALL ITS SPLENDOR
Our exposed wood beam structures are manufactured and designed in Quebec by our partner Embois. Each part is cut with precision engineering and then assembled with a unique interlocking which makes it a high quality product exceeding construction standards. The solidity of such a structure will allow you to enjoy the elegance of flat roofs without fear of accumulations of snow from our harsh winters. This same structure will support a roof of greenery offered as an option for those who wish to blend in with nature.

ACCESS TO THE MOUNTAIN AS TO THE LAKE!
Our large domaine provides different types of lot locations and dimensions. The dimensions vary between approximately 30,000 sq ft and 100,000 sq ft. Some lots will have a view of Lake Archambault while others will benefit from being near the waterfalls of the large stream in the domaine. All will have access to private trails on the domaine which will directly join the public trails, as well as private access to Lake Archambault. The latter will be limited to light boats such as canoes, kayaks and paddle boards.
